12 Hours Later (OPENING TOPIC)

Mostyn frowned slightly at the supposed doctor among them at his command to put down his gun. Nevertheless, he let his arm drop so that the gun was aimed at the floor. Mostyn glared at the Coyote whom was now being dragged away by another girl when he noticed the same girl had asked for help. Responding with a nod, he walked past the rest and approached the girl and her Coyote hostage. "Let go of the knife," Mostyn told the Coyote sternly as he grabbed at her arm, lest she try to stab someone again. After all, Mostyn didn't want to end up with another wound when he already had to deal with the nightcrawler-inflicted one on his side that had stained his clothing.

The profanity in some of these people confused her a bit. Though, Vivi didn't really question it since it didn't really matter. What intrigued her more was the boy who had put himself in charge and saying he was a doctor. Why hadn't she seen him at the hospital before when she was doing the training? She quickly tucked her gun away, leaning towards the shelf again. It bothered her that she couldn't do much at all in this situation.

Looking down to the floor, peering at the people's feet, she just hated when she couldn't do anything. The noise was so much and it bothered her... Bringing a hand up to one ear, there was a small attempt at muffling out the rest of the conversations. They were all so hostile to one another - couldn't their current situation be enough to bring a small bit of sense into them?

She had a long pause in her movements before she decided to wrap her hands into the containers within her bag. Grabbing the aspirin spray for disinfecting wounds and the small amounts of bandages, Vivi went up to Audrey without a second thought before asking, "Isn't it a little wrong to just tie her up?" Shaking the container swiftly, her fingers were rested on the disengage lock. She tilted her head, "I'm sorry if this hurts too much." was all she said before pushing down and letting the spray do its work and binding the wound with the bandages afterwards.

As all of the events unfolded, Allen really wasn't sure what he should have done. There was no way he was going to get involved with that crazy girl over there, and he sure as hell wasn't going to step in anywhere and try to calm things down. He'd only make it worse. But once Shey was grabbed and being dragged to a back room, things seemed to quickly calm down even though the tension in the air between the rest of the survivors was thick. Allen finally just decided on using this opportunity to look around the room and see just how many people there were... and slightly to his disappointment, the average age in the room seemed to be about five years younger than himself... if that. What had happened here? How did all of these teenagers manage to find it here without some kind of adult? Were they having some kind of party in the middle of a market? It seemed like an odd place to try to have fun, but he remembered that hide-and-seek inside stores was always a fun pastime. Maybe it was still a popular thing? Either way, he suddenly felt like he was going to end up babysitting this group if he were to stay.

Letting out a long and rather loud sigh, he reached into the back pocket of his nasty jeans and pulled out a small box, flipped the lid open and pulled out one single cigarette. All of this was stressing him out way too much. He needed a quick smoke break. That wouldn't be a problem, would it? "Anyone got a lighter? Or... know where I can find one?" he asked while sticking the box back into his pocket while the cigarette hung loosely between his lips.

Harvey became encompassed in fixing the wound, uncaring of what was happening around him. In his mind, he assumed it taken care of, having already barked orders. When the senior doctors barked orders in the hospital, they'd only have to do it once, and everything would be carried out. Harvey hoped it would be the same here.

"Take deep breaths for me, okay Audrey? If you feel the need to cough, tell me." Harvey instructed calmly, pressing the bandages to the bleeding stab wound. There shouldn't be any problem with breathing from a wound so low, but anything could happen. He applied pressure, before looking around the room. "Um, can someone get me a rubber band?"

Suddenly, one was flung out from behind the shelving slingshot style, hitting Harvey in the back of the head. "Ow. Who did that?" he growled, spinning around, but when no one took the blame, he gave up on that and enveloped himself in the wound once more. Rapping the rubber band around her leg tightly, the bandage stayed in place over the wound.

"Lay down." he told Audrey. "It will decrease blood loss. Raise your leg if you can."
He stood with a sigh, looking over everyone else and taking another drink from his discovered water bottle. "No stabbing each other." he instructed like a parent instructing their children.

As the insane cannibal was dragged off by another girl, Audrey leaned onto one of the market shelves shakily breathing as she tried to tend to the wound herself. These people were insane, she couldn't let them see her as weak link - not in this world. Your okay... Your okay Audrey...
The red head thought to her-self, slightly groaning as the stab wounds pain intensified. As Audrey felt herself being dragged backwards from her arm she was in slight relief to see that it was only Harvey, not in shock at all that Harvey had been a doctor, it seemed quite obvious though he seemed to be like the caring type.

They were tying that bitch up? Thank god, it would be safer for everyone if she was tied up. As Mostyn and some other chic dragged the coyote thing off Audrey raised her hand clear for Shey to notice, giving her the middle finger. A pleased smile forming onto her face, though it didn't last long since the pain gripped at her leg every second or so. As Harvey had told her what to do, Audrey tuned out the voices of others not carrying about them now the only thing she cared about at the moment was getting this damn stab wound getting taken cared of.

Audrey watched Harvey's movements carefully, only to look towards the ceiling when the doctor pressed the bandages onto her wound. She didn't say anything although her face turned to a bright red and her hands clenched tightly into fists. The red-head didn't want to lay down, the floor was dirty but she figured that it would be a lot more comfortable. Slowly Audrey began to lay down onto the cold hard floor of the Murk Market, grunting as she ever so slowly raised her leg slightly.
